Meet Jenn
I am passionate about health and wellness. My parents introduced me to sports and healthy eating habits, teaching me the importance of movement and how great it feels to take care of my body. For this health-focused start, I am forever grateful. While not everyone has had this foundation, it’s never too late to begin, and I want to inspire and motivate you to embrace the positive impact of exercise and nutrition in your life.
I am a daughter, a mom, an aunt, a cousin, and always a friend. I understand how vital it is to prioritize your health so that you can show up fully for those you love. I’m fortunate to have my two adult children nearby, and being a “Grand Dog-ma” to their dogs brings me joy every day. As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Meditation Coach, personal trainer, and chef, I am passionate about helping others unlock their potential. My mission is to inspire and motivate you to set and achieve your wellness goals while leading by example in every area of my life.
Exercise has been a constant in my life, and my love for it has only grown stronger. Even now, in my super Sixties, I proudly call myself a Triathlete, marathon runner, ultra-runner, Spartan, and perhaps my greatest accomplishment — an Ironman finisher.
I feel incredibly blessed to be able to share the importance of movement and nutrition with you. I’ve learned that these elements are the key to building a strong, healthy body and mind. They empower us to perform at our best, whether in sport, work, or family life. The rewards — both internal and external — are life-changing.
